EXAMINATION OF THE.....

Members coming from The Spirit of Versailles, Eclipse of Eden, and The Attica Underground formed Examination of the... in 2001 in South Dakota. Their first album "We Are The Architects Of Desire" was more chaotic than their followup "The Whitest of Elephants." This short lived band experimented with their sound tremendously between these two albums. They broke up in 2004.

Screamo from the guy who runs Magic Bullet records.

Whilst I'm posting Waifle here is the cover they did of Reversal Of Man's "Get The Kid With The Sideburns"

And here's the original.
Nothing to do with Waifle or Reversal Of Man, here is a fantastic remix I found of Refused's "New Noise".

THE FLYING WORKER.

Amazing French screamo. Sorta in the Orchid/Song Of Zarathustra vein.

One of the most underrated bands of the late 90's, this is due to the members being in their teens and not being able to tour. The Hareste (Har-res-tee) from Souix Falls, South Dakota played aggressive emo in the vein of In Loving Memory but more chaotic and they throw in some of kilter instrumental elements for good measure. Their music is long out of print the link contains the self titled 7" and the symphony of horrors cdep wich is thier side of the ill fated 3 way split w/ PG.99 and Love Lost But Not Forgotten.

The Hareste 7inch and CDEP

D'Amore - Discography

Two of the dudes from D'Amore are now in Peter and Craig after the drummer stopped showing up for practice and before that, the three of them were in Fall on Deaf Years. They have some really creative l'antietamesque instrumentals. But of course they're original because they came before L'Antietam.
